ASME PRESSURE VESSELD AND BOILERS

Weld Tech Fabrication designs and manufactures Boilers and Pressure Vessels to meet your specifications and is authorized to make repairs to existing boilers and pressure vessels using the latest edition of ASME and NBIB Codes as well. We provide preventative maintenance inspections as well as perform annual maintenance. Our services include all aspects of the boiler industry from assembly of new equipment, fabricating components, to complete rebuilding of existing units

HEAT EXCHANGERS

Weld Tech Fabrication offers heat exchanger repair and re-tubing. We also offer all types of Field repairs, re-ratings and complete rebuilding and completely new fabrication.

HEX AV ALENT CHROMIUM

Steel is made into “Stainless” alloys with the addition of 4 percent to 30 precent chromium, and the typical stainless-steel alloys contain about 10 percent chromium. In alloys, chromium reacts with oxygen to form a tough, passive, surface layer of chromium oxide that prevents iron in the alloy from oxidizing to form rust.

All fabrication at Weld Tech Fabrication is code certified. This is achieved through adhering to clearly defined Quality Assurance procedures which are following the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) codes. Weld Tech Fabrication is certified to apply the “U” (unified pressure vessels) and the “R” (National Board Repairs) stamps. We maintain all weld procedures, welder performance, and qualification records.
